Hi, I’m Marleen — local mum, founder of Tech Aid, and passionate about helping people feel more confident with technology.

I work alongside small businesses to provide practical IT support that goes beyond quick fixes, from day-to-day help to cyber security, Microsoft 365, and ongoing system support.

I also support individuals and families who want patient, approachable guidance with their devices, online safety, and everyday technology.

Technology should feel manageable — not overwhelming.
